Member and Guest Transition Update
As a valued member and/or guest of the Wollondilly Community Leisure Centre we wanted to thank you for your patience and support with the recent transition to Belgravia Leisure management of the Centre. It has been fantastic to meet so many of our community over the past few days.
As a reminder, all members continue to have the same great access to programs and services, including learn to swim lessons and group fitness classes which are running as per the existing schedule. We have experienced a delay in processing our customer payments, please note that the direct debit payment previously scheduled for the 1st of December will be processed from Friday the 9th of December. Regular fortnightly direct debits will then continue from Friday the 16th of December. It is really important that you communicate with our team if you have a suspension or cancelation, even if this information was previously provided.
Currently, the best way to communicate is via our get in touch form to the right. We have received a high volume of requests and will follow up with our families regarding lesson changes once we have an active schedule. If you do now have a request for the upcoming year, don’t hesitate to submit this information via the link enquiries form.
We also understand there is a number of lessons that have not been available for a few weeks due to teacher availability. We can confirm that these lessons will recommence from January, 2023, with the start of the program. We will also ensure that all students who were actively enrolled into these lessons remain enrolled for the upcoming year.
We also have had many enquiries regarding the Active Kids Voucher, Belgravia Leisure are a registered Active Kids provider. We will inform parents as soon as we are able to accept these vouchers.
Our interactive member app Active World will be launching soon. Active World will give you access to:
- Manage your account details
- Update your payment details
- Check your upcoming payments
- Buy a new membership
- A digital access card
- Book group fitness classes

Our Learn To Swim Program will finish on Saturday the 17th of December and return on Monday the 16th January. If you wish to keep your enrolment active during the holiday period to access unlimited swimming for you and your family, please complete an enquiry form today.
